The Helpdesk provides technical, hardware, and software support for all Bard-owned computers including network and e-mail issues, password. The Bard IT Helpdesk is the primary contact for all students, faculty, and staff for computing and technology issues. In addition to the Help Desk, the User Support Team trains end users on administrative software, Outlook (e-mail), and Internet/intranet applications.
